 Example Routes: 

• West Chester to Chantilly, VA
• West Chester to Jacksonville, FL
• Out and back to the Cincinnati area
• No Touch Freight

Pay/Benefits:

Competitive Pay

Quarterly Bonus: $0.03 CPM additional, based on safety and fuel mileage

Home Weekends: Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday

Sign-on Bonus: $2500.00

Miles: 2500-3000 miles per week

Vacation Time: 5 days at 6 months (must be used by 1-year anniversary), with a reset of 5 days at 12 months

• Mon- Fri 8-10 hour days
• This is a full-time position based out of the corporate terminal covering drivers from different customers who might be off due to vacations, illness, injury, etc. 
• Floaters are cross-trained on all of our local accounts. Floaters are the back bone of our fleet and work closely with operations to ensure our customer's needs are met.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate, with overtime pay after 40 hours
• Full-time, permanent position with stable schedule Monday to Friday, with various start and end times

• Monday - Friday, 5/6am - 4/5pm
• West Chester, OH
• Deliveries: Deliver doors to big box home improvement stores and construction sites within a 120-mile radius
• Average Stops: 8 stops per day, with 15-20 minutes spent per stop
• Physical Requirements: Must lift and maneuver doors off the trailer (most locations provide a cart and additional help is available upon request)
• Route: 1 route per day, with advance notice of 2-3 days for most routes

Pay and Benefits:

Average Weekly Miles: 1500 miles

Sign-on Bonus: $1000.00

Paid Orientation: Yes!

Overnight Run:

Frequency: Once every three weeks

Accommodations: Motel provided

Meal Reimbursement: Up to $50 for dinner and breakfast meals (total of $50 combined, receipts required)

• No touch freight
• Home every night: Enjoy a consistent daily routine with no overnight stays.
• Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2pm start with 8-10 hours of work daily and rotating Saturdays
